APPLICANT INCOME TEST

Your verifiable monthly income must be roughly at least three (3) times greater than your rent at 200 West.

Example. Your monthly rent for your new home at 200 West is $700.00. Your gross monthly income (before taxes) must be $2,100.00 or more.

Applicant must have an acceptable credit report.
Applicant must not be convicted of any felony which is a crime of violence or any crime pertaining to drugs, theft or sex.

 

Rental Application

Download the rental application and signature release forms below and fill out. Completed forms can be either returned to our office, mailed, e-mailed or faxed. We also will require a copy of a valid driver license.

Renters Insurance

Our leases require you to have Renter's Insurance of at least $100,000.00 for liability insurance and to name 200 West Apts., Ltd. as an "additional insured". Your agent or insurance company will easily be able to do this, and he/she can send us the proof of Renter's Insurance should you be accepted. We need to have this proof of insurance before we can release any suite keys to you on your move in date.

Utilities and Subscriptions

Your rental agreement will provide you with FREE heat, water and limited basic cable. We ask that prior to your move in date that you contact and arrange service for your utilities and subscriptions.
